        Really glad I called these guys. Garage door went off the tracks unexpectedly and Tommy arrived within only 35min!!! He had the issue diagnosed and presented multiple solutions and clear pricing upfront. He was very professional and completed the work promptly with perfect results. He even showed me some lubricating tricks to keep things running smoothly. Would 100% call them again for any garage door needs.

        It was after 2 pm on 4th of July and my garage door fell. I called about 6 different companies that were listed as available 24 x 7. But they were all closed. Then i found 4 different companies that were open and they all said they call me back. Out of those 4 only 1 called me back and it was 1Choice. He said he be at my house in 1 hour. He showed up as promised. Fixed it! He was fast, very professional. My garage door now opens smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend them.

        I found 1Choice Garage Door Repair San Antonio to be disorganized and making repair suggestions randomly, at best. I was not given all my repair recommendations all at once before he started the work. I highly recommend this company if you need a good garage door repair guy!
