Review as a customer: Every freaking time a package has to route out of Carrollton TX I already have an email ready for amazons executive customer service. 1. If it says itll arrive from this location to me between 5 and 10pm usually it arrives the next morning. The promise date is always always missed. 2. Drivers have apparently taken off to their routes and left my package at the center. I know this because package stays stuff in processing phase. 3. When packages finally arrive they are packaged in the worst way possible. That and the drivers never not once follow the instructions left. We have a locker system here to keep packages safe due to a high number of package theft in the area. These darn drivers love to just dump the package in front of the complex and run. Dump and run is common with packages from this location. Our property has several cameras all around and it has posted notes advising drivers that if you dump and run the video and the driver will be reported to Amazon. Ive heard the manager her daily on the phone with Amazon. But it doesnt appear to matter because Amazon wont do a thing to review this center. If it comes from Frisco center. Packing is fast and swift, packaged very nicely and drivers follow instructions. When it comes from Frisco they always leave it in our lockers. 4. If you cant enter the complex it takes a 1 minute call to anyone living here to help you gain access. Yet drivers out of Carrollton will refuse to do this. 5. We have a callbox too. Drivers from here wont use that too. Its a constrain stream and flow of complaints from customers and management to Amazon about this location and HQ wont do a thing to investigate at the least. And just as other reviews say this center picks on apartment complexes by either leaving them last or super early in the morning to ensure that there is a shipping compliant to be had. So 1 star for all the damn headaches. Frisco 5 stars. Lewisville and Richardson 4 stars. These center never really have frequent issues as Carrollton has. Ive asked them to take Carrollton from my shipments and was told its impossible as if items ordered are in Carrollton thats where the order will ship from. In order words forcing problems to continue. One of the many reason I hate Prime shipping so much. Wish I could request fedex or ups shipping. But no. Im forced to use prime with all its problems.
