So grateful for Vetsavers. Dr. Walters and Senior Tech Diane are both absolutely wonderful and caring individuals. Dr. Walters has been so helpful each visit and I am very grateful to have her looking after my dog, Boone. Boone is very comfortable in the environment and I even get to sit with him throughout the appointment. Highly recommend Dr. Walters and Vetsavers!

I am so grateful for vetsavers. They have not disappointed and have always been able to accommodate my pup on the same day. Dr. Mace provides phenomenal care and is great with my pug. She has pugs herself and is a volunteer of DFW pug rescue so understand the breed very well. Also they are the most affordable in my experience in DFW area.

This place has really dwindled over the last few years. The ladies that answer the phones, not very helpful AT ALL. BUT THE DR.S ARE GREAT.

I started bringing my dog here around 2018-2019 and loved them, they have gone so completely downhill this past year. the past three visits have been a HORRIBLE experience for both me and my anxious girl.
Front desk staff have absolutely ZERO understanding of how to handle anxious dogs. While waiting to be taken back to a room, the receptionist stated to us and another family with their dog that an aggressive dog would be coming in and that we needed to clear the waiting room. We were told that we needed to come stand with our two dogs, and the other family and their dog (+ their small child) in a small hallway to the side to let the aggressive dog through. my dog was CLEARLY very anxious already, and it should be very obvious to anyone with any experience with anxious dogs that cramming them in a small hallway with another dog + a small child is asking for a disaster. I stated to the receptionist I was going to wait at the car with my dog so she did not get more worked up and the receptionist proceeded to be very aggressive with me and my partner stating we needed to come over the cramped hallway. At this point I walked outside with my dog to avoid any form of altercation with her and another dog/child. After I left the receptionist continued to be very rude to both my partner and the other family in the waiting room.
This is the main concerning incident of several interactions with staff not understanding anxious dogs. After this we came back inside and were not called back until 4:45 for a 4pm appointment, they stated they didnt realize my dog had not been checked in when we had clearly stated we were here for both of our dogs and both names were given on arrival.
The vet that day was very nice and helpful and I felt he very much understood anxious pets. It is unfortunate the front desk staff is so poorly educated on animal behavior.
After the past few visits and my interactions with front desk staff we will not be returning.
The prices are really not that much cheaper than the average vet and the stressful experience for pets and their owners is not worth the meager savings.

I have been to many vets throughout the years because of moving so often. Dr. Stille and Dr. Vuong are hands out the best vets I have ever had!! My dog has a lot of anxiety and is very hyper coming to the vet. Both of these doctors are patient and take their time with her. Not everyone I have been to at other places are like this! I cannot recommend them enough. The whole clinic and all of the staff are wonderful. I feel so confident taking my dog here!!
