My dog has been going to this vet since I brought him home at 9 weeks old. It's been four years. I had absolutely love this vet and always felt comfortable taking him there for everything. One thing that has been concerning me lately is that they no longer administer shots in the same room as pet owners. I value being present during my dog's exams and shots. This shift has been a bit unsettling for me. My husband was so confused when he took our dog for his annual shots this week and realized they took our dog out of the room and just brought him back saying he's good to go. I'm not sure when this practice began, but it's something potential clients should be aware of.

Very disappointed in the service and misdiagnosis that we received at Vet Savers. We took our cat in to get checked as she was having discharge and we were concerned that it was Pyometra. We brought her in and had her checked over including X-rays, and we were told that the discharge was a normal part of heat and that her fever was most likely from a kidney issue. We were prescribed antibiotics and sent on our way. Well I just got a call from the spay and neuter clinic that our cat did indeed have Pyometra, and if we hadnt brought her in today she wouldve had less than 24 hours to live. Its frustrating to spend well over $300 on a misdiagnosis, and now having to spend an additional $400 to fix what VetSavers missed. Id definitely recommend going elsewhere for cat related needs!

The front office staff is amazing, very accommodating, kind and loving to the animals. Dr. Stille is incredibly through a little bit fast talker, but definitely has been a lifesaver, taking care of my fur babies. They always tell you before they do anything what the cost will be and are not judgmental. If you do not, I have been to many vets over the years with different sets of animals, and incredibly grateful this one is so close by. appointments are easy to make. They get you in immediately if you have a pet in crisis. The only con I could even come up with is the parking lot I do get nervous walking and the busy Walmart parking lot with so many different stores with my pet. I just take my time watch for cars and were good. They will also help you get your pet in and out of the car if you need it. highly recommend.

Sadie always gets the best attention and loves her doctor and techs. She's not always happy to be there but everyone is very gentle with her and she seems to understand they care about her. I love that they remember her every time we come in.
