We are a â€œsafety-firstâ€ swim school dedicated to teaching children as young as four months old how to swim. Goldfish uses WOW! Customer Service to deliver a Golden Experience to all. We pride ourselves on helping your child master the skills they need to be safer and more confident in the water, as well as providing year-round swimming lessons with our Science of SwimPlay curriculum that has one instructor for every four swimmers. We love the Goldfish Swim School!! My grandson is loving the fun atmosphere, friendly teachers and the progress he is making as a swimmer! I have found the management to be caring, flexible and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my grandson is learning to love swimming. I would highly recommend the Goldfish Swim School in Carrollton.

This is a nice facility but unfortunately management is horrible, there is no communication between staff and I was always being told different things by different employees. When I tried to speak with the Manager Lauren she was extremely dismissive and rude. We are now enrolled at Aqua Tots which has been SO much better.

They are expert in working with young kids. You get a professional customer service and they have plan for swimming skills teaching at each level. Highly recommend this place.

They dont answer the phone and overcharge you. I got charged for a class my daughter is not enrolled in anymore.

Kathy from the front desk was very helpful and resolved my billing issues. I am grateful and impressed that the school understood my concerns and addressed them adequately.
