John saved the day! He helped me get the situation under control until the crew got here. They were before the hour and 30 minutes I was told, the price was what I was told, and they were very professional. Plumbing crew assigned did great work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our home had a leak in the sewer pipe caused by roots from a tree. Showed up on scheduled time and worked fast digging a 5 foot down. It really was surprising how fast they did it. Job was done quickly and they cleaned up the area before they left. I honestly believe they went above what they had to do to make sure I was pleased. I highly recommend these guys!

Great customer service! John answered when I called about our leak problem. We notice a puddle of water by our bathroom. And our water bill had lately gone up by a lot. I called and he intructed me to check on the water meter after shutting off all the water running to our home and that way, we were able to confirm we had a slab leak. Turns out, this is something serious. They sent a crew to locate the leak, which they did, and then gave me a quote for two different options to fix this. One was by breaking concrete to access the leak and the other was to tunnel their way to it. Either way, both seems outrageously high. So, I opted to get a second opinion and actually called a few, but they were even more expensive and some wanted to charge me for locating again! I called Texas slab leak and schedule a date to have them come out and make the repair. They even discounted 100% of the amount I paid to have them locate it from the final cost. They are very professional and me not knowing about plumbing scared me with the price for this specific problem. I can say that I have found my go to plumbing company from now on. Give these guys a try and you will not be disappointed.

My first warning should of been when I first spoke to Texas Slab Leak Repair (TSLR) and the phone call got disconnected. I tried several times to call back but went to voice mail. Finally an hour and half later I got ahold of TSLR. I told him a had a hot water slab leak. He told me they charge $275 for a detection diagnosis using thermal camera and geophone. The day of the appointment I receive a courtesy call (15 minutes before appt time) saying the original plumber couldn't make it but another is coming instead & would be here at the scheduled time. I asked if the replacement plumber has the thermal camera & geophones and any other equipment that maybe needed. I was told yes, so I didn't cancel the appt. A hour later I receive another call saying he is running late and can't find my address. Another half hour goes by so I tried to call TSLR. No answer and the voice message is full. So at this point I didn't know if anyone is going to show up. The plumber calls me about ten minutes later asking me to text him my address. I asked him too if he had the necessary equipment to find the hot water leak. He told me yes. Finally 2.5 hours late he shows up to fix a slab leak (as he was told), not a hot water slab leak. He told me he didn't have the thermal camera. Come to find out he was "helping" out a friend. There were so many red flags I decided to cancel the job. The poor communication was the first, the unwillingness to compensate for my wasted time, the poor yelp reviews about overcharging credit cards and the out sourcing his work. I definitely do not recommend this company.
