Good pizza, $6.99 larges. Chain stores cannot compete w the quality for the price

Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks to be picked up at 6:35. Went through the drive through and told the person I had made an order and she told me they did not have an order under my name and that I must have ordered from the one in Farmers Branch. I showed her the email confirmation with the address 2521 N Josey Ln, Carrollton, TX 75006, and she said I must have ordered from the one in Farmers Branch. I called the Farmers Branch location and asked someone if I could confirm my order was made there and they did not seem to understand what I was asking. They then proceeded to speak to someone else there in Spanish off in the distance without saying anything to me so I hung up. Terrible customer service and instead of even trying to look up what happened to my order I was told I was wrong even though I had a confirmation of where and what time I ordered and the person looked at it and still told me I was wrong.
