Excellent service!!!! I am so pleased with the service and attention to detail. They gave me options of service that could be done while they had the car apart in order to reduce the labor cost of future service. Half the price of the dealership and twice the attention to detail. I plan to use them for the life of the car.

This is the only place I have my X3 serviced. Brent and Neil take the time to explain what needs to be done vs. what would be nice to do or can wait a bit. They are easy to schedule with and keep me informed of whats going on with my car.

Fantastic service and customer care. They are upfront and transparent. I always feel like I know exactly what is going on when I need work done on my car. I will gladly continue to bypass other shops to come to Ultimate Bimmer Service, even though it is farther from my home.
