Brother Bear Moving

DO NOT USE BROTHER BEAR!!!!! If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would!!!!!!! They moved items from our lab 6 months ago and did a great job. We used them again to move our office last month, and BROKE COUNTLESS ITEMS( desks, tables, chairs, etc) not to mention the movers spent more time one their phones then moving our things and it has been SILENCE ever since. I have called each day for two weeks, and left messages and NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. They LOST a mirror. Said they would replace it, and I sent them a link to the same one...It was not much maybe 150 bucks, and NOTHING. No one will call me or respond to my emails. I feel like a crazy ex girlfriend just trying to get my stuff back! BROTHER BEAR IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE THEY CAUSE. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!

My family and I have used Brother Bear Moving twice in the last 3 years. We used them a month ago, paid them to pack our belongings the day before the move, then to move us the following day. It rained on the day of our move and they left our mattress outside in the rain and not sufficiently protected. When they brought it inside and laid it on our bed frame, it was soaked all the way through. The crew lead (Jacobi) took pictures and assured us that photos would be submitted and that his supervisor said that a claim would be filed and we would be reimbursed for the damage. A month later, we have not been able to get any one to return phone calls, text messages or emails and the location listed as the business address is a fake address. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY.

Brother Bear has gone completely silent on my family of 5 after a 2nd move with them. We had a claim issue, filed according to their requests, but since the day of claim submission, there has been no reply of any form from the company. We are at 2 weeks of zero response via call, voicemail, text, email. I would advise anyone working with Brother Bear to make sure any issues are completely resolved the day of, and do not let the team leave without direct contact information and resolution with instructions from the corporate office.

The best moving company Ive used in the past couple of years! They are very responsive and movers are professional and quick! I will be using this company again for my next move! Update: I used to like this company until I realized I was being overcharged. The last movers I used told me they were from NY and stole some of my boxes with items I can't replace and damaged my furniture.

Brother Bear is the most unprofessional non qualified low life company not even remotely capable of handling your items with any competence. This company steals items and false advertises looking for victims. They are not bonded... though the staff may be out on bond from county jail for theft. There is no CEO or Manager or staff in a physical office just thieves. So if you want a couple kid thugs come take your valuable items to steal file a police report in advance. Check out ratings with Better Business Bureau !!!! These individuals are not interested I providing a "moving service. it's a front to come get your items sort through and steal them only to take your money.paying ransom in hopes you get what little of value they didnt steal and sold out of state. Bunch of criminals.Lost all my valuables and got broken scratched furniture.
