I have used Michael to handle my client's loans for the past 20 years and wouldn't trust anyone else. My first time homebuyers love him because he explains everything about the loan process in a way they understand. When they sell their house they use Michael to finance the new one. My "seasoned" clients have used him over and over again when purchasing a new home. He closed my client, who has used him several times before, this month (3/2024) in 11 days! I cannot say enough amazing things about Michael and his team (looking at you, Dave)! This was our second home they have helped us on, and we could not have asked for a smoother experience. There is no way any other mortgage company could have made our super quick closing deadline, and it's only because of Mike and his awesome team member's quick actions and dedication to their clients that got this done so soon. Mike is the consummate professional. He is lightning fast at responding, and even gets back to you at off hours (trust me, I know). He and his team are so thorough, and you just trust them every step of the way. We have never been told bad information - something I definitely can't say for others companies we've dealt with throughout this process. My favorite thing about them? They are ready to get to work! Your problem is their problem, and they're going to make things happen the second they need to. That's the kind of quick response I need from a company, and it's lacking into today's society. There is no "we take our time" motto here. Mike and his team are go-getters, and you know they are moving mountains for you behind the scene. If you can't already tell, I'm a HUGE fan on the Inkman!
