More issues with this clinic and the Dr's- for 3 months CVS Carrollton ( Pharmacist TY) has not been able to get ANY OF THE STAFF OR DOCTORS # USMD to answer Texts, Phone messages or Faxes to fill 1(One) prescription. Terrible and shameful service and they know it! Thank God I am not seeing Dr. Sarah Siddiqui.

Do not make an appointment. They canceled my appointment on that day just 30 minutes before. And reschedule for me, and later they call me I need to make a new appointment because doctor does not accept a new patient even thought I made appointments twice. And finally when I visit the place, they mentioned my insurance might not accepted even thought I gave my insurance information before and a staff never says I am sorry. I waited 2 months for first visit and finally I came back without any treatment with my 1 year baby. Please find other clinics.

I feel like it's impossible to get an appointment with my doctor. The wait time to talk to the customer service is really long and I don't believe we need to spend 10+ mins to make an appointment. Everything seems to be so slow. The recording announcement says that I can request an appointment online. I sent the email and nobody has called me back or follow up with me. Message sent to the nurse is a hit or miss to get the call back from the doctor's office. I like my doctor but the process is very frustrating.
