        Had an issue with one zone not working. Gabriel came out with his crew and was very pleasant to work with. Quickly found the problem and fixed it. Checked all sprinkler heads and adjusted accordingly. Added a height piece as one area wasnt getting coverage needed. Highly recommend and they are my company moving forward. Thanks again guys

      No, sir, you were told upfront about the charges. However, you chose not to remember. The dispatcher told you about the service charge; you agreed to it, otherwise we would have never booked your appointment. The technician gave you a price upfront. You could have said no, but you approved it and asked him to do the job. However, for you it is all about price, not quality. There is no trick business, you were given a price upfront and the opportunity to take it or leave it. After the job was successfully completed you wanted to negotiate the price. This is not our business practice. Nor our technicians agree to work under the table for half the price... We have integrity. Very unfair review. Have a good day, sir!
