Farmers Insurance - Sabrina Ames

Sabrina was very helpful when I was gathering quotes and researching my insurance options. She took the time to explain coverage amounts and insurance lingo so that I was well informed. I absolutely recommend her and I thank her for her professionalism.

Do not recommend. After we attempted to cancel our insurance after finding a lower rate, Miss Ames failed to follow through with her end and then lied to us stating that it was cancelled and that our refund was on the way. Very unprofessional

Tried to cancel my policy, only because I was saving elsewhere. I did everything that was required, verified via phone call with Sabrina that it was in fact canceled. Called the 888 number a week later to check on my refund only to find out my policy was not canceled. I know everyone makes mistakes, but just was not handled very professionally.

Sabrina Ames is amazing! She not only got me a lower rate, but she went about it with professionalism, in a friendly way, and at a face past (while also answering all of my questions). I highly recommend her and Farmers!

Sabrina has been and continues to be phenomenal in executing my business policy. Any time I ever had a question, she has been been available to assist me. Not only does she explain the policies to you, but she educates you and truly cares about her clients. I fully recommend Sabrina as she has helped me protect my business and employees.
