Currently recovering from my full shoulder replacement surgery. Overall happy with result, but Zimmer Biomet cost a one month delay for my surgery due to sloppy handling of my scan that caused a second to be required a month later. Salesperson kept saying that it was "in process". That month delay cost me support since my teacher daughter was !off for summer in June which was original schedule for survey. Now need to find help to get to therapy. Not happy with Biomet sales person. Follow up December 2021: shoulder doing wonderfully well. Very pleased with result. No pain or real discomfort. Back to doing all prior activities.
