These mf wanted me to pay 11.99 for my transcripts and it was by EMAIL. Went there this morning and asked for them and I told them if I need to pay and they said no. They dead ass scamming mf out here. Shitty ass school also wanted my ids even though I paid 5 bucks for them

They sure do love to treat students like second class citizens. Went there with my husband to pick up an old record. We both look extremely young like we could be in high school. The receptionist was rude, talked down to us, and belittled us until we proved that we were not infact students at this school, but two full grown adults. Her tune changed immediately. Suddenly she was polite and actually engaging with us as equals. I feel bad for the actual students at this school who get treated like dirt by the adults who are supposed to uplift them. I know because I was once one of them. They are people so treat them like people.

It's alright I guess. Sometimes youre helped by someone really rude and sometimes by someone super sweet and helpful. Horrible organization though. The counselor I talked to was especially rude. I've had lots of issues. The good part is that most of my issues have been fixed.
