I scheduled an appointment on Sunday April 21st for Foreign Crown. My appointment was for Boho knotless 30-inch braids with 100% human hair at 4 pm. My invoice stated that the appointment would take 4 hours and 30 minutes. Kelly, I'm assuming the manager messaged me the day before the appointment to ask me what color hair I wanted so that it would be ready. When I arrived at 4 pm no one greeted me and there were two other young ladies ahead of me which was fine but two hours later I was finally seated after repeatedly being ignored and another young lady whose appointment was at 4:30 was seated ahead of me. Now one of my stylists did apologize for the wait and I appreciate that. My issue is I had two stylists braiding my hair and I left at midnight. The one who braided the back did a half job because my braids are significantly bigger in the back and she was braiding extremely slow. I also didn't receive 100 percent human hair that I paid extra for. They instead gave me a blend of human hair from the beauty supply store and told me before I left not to put a mouse on it. If I cant mouse it then it's synthetic!!! I paid almost $400 and it was a HORRIBLE experience. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER!!!

Came in yesterday on April 27th to get island twist, this was my first time coming here, when I first walked in NO ONE greeted me, there was a couple of stylist that Just looked at me and kept working until one tapped the chair telling me sit still no welcome in hey how are you no friendliness. Mind you there was no music playing majority the time youre there so the energy in the room feels awkward. Who ever the lady is with the big butt and her face is a little big too/ light skin complexion. ( NOT TRYING TO BE RUDE), i wish I knew her name but she didnt introduce herself NO ONE DID, but that lady was extremely rude the whole time from the first time she saw me, all the way to the end. When this lady was almost done with my hair I had to use the restroom she had an attitude because I asked to go to the restroom, because she wanted to hurry up and finish. When she was done She didnt tell me she was done with my hair. When I asked after sending the money she said you can go and that was it no plz come back I hope you like your hair thank you for your business nothing I HATE THIS Place a complete nightmare.

The first time I went, their service was amazing. I was recommending them to everyone I know. I second time I went I was so shocked at the service I received. It was completely night and day. I wasnt even upset at the fact that my service didnt start until an hour after it was suppose to because Im understanding of the hair industry. It was attitude and treatment from the braider. Im not sure how you can have an attitude with some you spoke few words to (I was watching a movie on my phone to keep me entertained). From the way she was putting gel in the parts to something as simple as brushing the hair off my shoulders, I could tell her energy was off. When the braider was done, she just walked off. No thank you for coming or notification that she were done. Just walked off. I literally looked backed in confusion and thats when she said Im done. Nasty energy/ spirit. Very disappointing.
