Would rate 0 if I could. Meant to write this a long time ago but we used Impact in April to redo our floors, install some light fixtures, and paint our walls. While we hit some hiccups that were out of their control (floors needing extra leveling, paint color misunderstanding), the entire team was extremely hard to get a hold of, took 3 times longer than they originally projected, and went far far over budget. They would call us saying that extra materials would cost X amount of dollars, then go to Home Depot to buy them and they would cost twice as much as they said. After everything, tons of extra money, tons of extra time, they didnt even do a good job. The floors are still uneven. They are not cut correctly to meet the baseboards. Paint got on all kinds of things that were not meant to be painted. We had to walk through the house on 2 occasions and call to let them know they painted something the wrong color after having an initial walk through to clarify these details. In the end, they wanted to earn our business back and offered to pressure wash the driveway for free. They did a terrible job at that also and now our driveway has stripes all the way down it. Overall extremely frustrating to work with, will not meet deadlines, will do a poor job, and it will cost more than they tell you. We contacted Impact based off a recommendation but looked up other handymen in the area to fix their mistakes, it took half the time, was half the price and twice as good of quality with the other people. Hate to leave a bad review but this was truly a terrible experience.
