        Hired them to install laminated wood floor on a 400 sqft area in October. After less than 30 days of installation, several board are lifted. Couldn't get a hold of Jacob, business owner, until my contractor who referred him called Jacob. He blamed my dogs for the floor issue (my dogs didn't have an accident in the house) and promised to come over to fix it. He never showed up and didn't respond afterward. During the consultation, Jacob agreed work to start on Friday and completed on Saturday. Jacob and his team didn't show up until Friday afternoon to deliver the floor. Said to start on Saturday morning, but didn't show up until Saturday late afternoon and only managed to remove the old floor. Always late everyday and work only completed 8 pm on Monday. Service: Floor fitting
