        Went in to pick up some over the counter medication and say one, possibly two RATS running from shelf to shelf INSIDE the store. When an employee was approached and asked if they were aware of the rats her response was a very nonchalant, "Oh we know. We've been trying to get rid of them." How long have the rats been a problem in the store?! Are they getting into foods? Are they getting into medications?!

        This place has really gone downhill. Twelve days and my medication is still not available. Also, the woman at the counter was extremely rude and somewhat discriminatory. I'll pass on this location from now on, probably pass on CVS altogether.
