Neighborhood Contractor

Despite my "No Soliciting" sign right outside of my house, I have received multiple taped flyers on my door for various services. I am giving them a 1 star review and marking them not responsive and not professional because they simply ignoring this sign.

As long as you are ready to do some administration work in person while hiring them.. I had my windows cleaned with them. It is a long story. For short. The administrative crew from the company was very bad. He demanded me to pay by lying that the workers have finished the job, while I spoke with the workers in person, they weren't even close to finish.Only 17 windows out of 38 have been cleaned when I was called for money. He told me he would be there supervising the job. but he didn't. It was ending up that we had to go there in person on Saturday to meet the workers and supervised them to finish the rest of the cleaning work for 5 to 6 hours. And the funny thing when we need to pay, the money collecting guy said the wrong amount. And then we used a calculator to figure out the right amount. For those extra $70, we gave the worker directly for the tip because they were honest, way more honest than the company. So we directly get the number from the workers, if in the future we have any need for window cleaning, we will directly call the worker instead of using the neighborhood Contractor. We were the one doing their job in this deal and spent 5 hours to supervise the workers to make sure the job has done appropriately. The good part of this company is they do help us find some window cleaning workers with good ethics
