I have used Kiwi services for several years. In general, the service is a very good value especially for those who take advantage of repeated visits during the contract period. Very good for folks with pets.

I requested kiwi to pick up a hall rug that is approx 10 feet long 2.5 feet wide. The were food stains from soup on the rug . It was picked up on 3/2/24 it was delivered on 3/23 and none of the stains were removed. I wasted my money. I should have bought a new rug. When it was picked up the rep asked why I didnt clean it myself. I explained I ha a recent heart attack and did not have helo

Kiwi is the only carpet cleaning company I have used because they do such a great job! I have handmade rugs that require special care and they have always come back clean and spot free.

Didnt follow thru with booking had to cancel very late in the date, now I have to wait an extra day to reach out to someone else to do the job. Dont book the day if you dont have the employees for the job, or call in the morning day of so the customer has time to change plans.
