Ofelia is incredible. A true professional. Her abilities to show you your project and use her software to do it makes it fun, exciting and easy to envision. Her moving and installation team were extremely hard working and respectful. They took their time in making sure everything was perfect. This company helped us with our kitchen cabinets a few years back and they were so good that we decided to use them again. We are so happy we did. Please give Ofelia a chance to help you. You will not regret it.

I believe it's important to acknowledge and share service excellence when you experience it. I am grateful to have found Premium Cabinets today. Despite my efforts, I was having difficulty finding the right solution to a problem we were experiencing at the home we had recently purchased. Multiple contractors and suppliers I had consulted were not able to help. Within a couple of hours I was able to get the solution I needed - provided with excellent service and follow through. We will certainly look first to Premium cabinets for our additional future needs.

Went to see Ofelia after a neighbor recommend her. Her cabinets are well made and look great. They have adjustable shelves and there are many additional options to choose from, like pull out shelves and pull out garbage bins, just to mention a few. I really liked the fact that she would come out to the job site to take measurements and use those for my design and wish list. The other places I was looking at were only going to provide the cabinets and I had to give them the correct measurements. I am so glad that I choose Premium Cabinets because I'm sure I would have messed things up. When I first started with Ofelia, I gave her my measurements and she came up with a plan that would fit my requirements. After we had a basic layout, she came to my house to take measurements and realized that some of my original numbers were wrong. She took correct measurements and we were able to fit another cabinet in! Glad I choose her company! Although she is not a contractor, she does know and works with people who can install the cabinets. This made the process so much easier! With the other cabinets companies, I would have been left with the task of looking for my own installers. I will infidelity use her again, if I need to replace any other builder grade cabinets in my house.

Having a water heater burst and flood your house is not a fun thing to experience. Unfortunately, this incident damaged my kitchen and I needed to find a someone to replace my cabinets in a timely manner, as my wife was pregnant and we had a 1.5 year old as well. After about 30 calls to cabinet companies and contractors I just about gave up...then I called Premium Cabinets and spoke to Ofelia. After letting her know what my situation was the first thing she expressed was sympathy and asked how WE were doing. Throughout this whole experience not one insurance agent, or GC asked how we were doing. She didnt care about the business she could get she card about my family. This was the start of the best service I've ever had. The amazingness didnt stop there. Once we were invited to the show room we were treated like family and helped by an obvious expert. Carefully navigating the treacherous waters of helping a pregnant mamma decide what style she wanted. To our surprise she led us in the right direction and helped my wife pick our dream cabinet design... and eventually layout! Prior to selecting Premium Cabinets everyone I spoke with quoted me 4-6 months before they could even start and then they would take another 1-2 months before they would be ready to install AND THEN 2-4 weeks before they could fit me in for an installation date. Ofelia set the expectation that it would take about 5-6 weeks before our cabinets would be ready and about a week after that for installation. To our happy surprise, they were ready in 3.5 weeks and were installed a few days later include the new layout that added sooooo much room. Put the customer service STILL didnt stop there. Due to a manufacturing issue we had an issue with our quarts countertops. Without skipping a beat she asked for a few pics and went to bat for us. If you are in the market for new cabinets due to an remodel or a disaster, look no further than Premium Cabinets. You'll be hard-pressed to find a company and person to work with!
