        Beware that Water Event has been purchased by Sparkletts a national company owned by DS Services of America Inc. Water Event has always had good service until this change, but if you call the number for water event, then it transfers to Sparkletts. Sparkletts provided poor customer service, offered me a price more than posted on website and they have increased the price for Mountain Valley Gallons $10. Water Event charged 20.99 in April 2020 for the 5 gallon Mountain Valley Glass Jars of Water, but After Spartkletts took over they are now charging $29.99 for delivery. Additionally after some research the parent company to Sparkletts is the same parent company that purchased Mountain Valley Spring Water in 2018. Updated: I was told by Sparkletts that Water Event was purchased by Sparkletts. The response to my review does not seem like full discloser. It needs to be addressed if Water Event is now owned and operated by Sparkletts or DS Services of America, Inc.
