        If I could rate this place -98764 I would. I walked in to the branch for a simple name change due to marriage, which was completed. Upon completion, the branch associate went to print a new debit card but was unable to do so because "the printer was malfunctioning". Fast forward to the next day when I look on my PNC app and see charged from the last 24 hours, totaling over $1,200 made by a new card issued to my account from the prior day, that I didnt receive. Thankfully I was able to call customer service who filed a complaint against the branch and escalated it to a security breach complaint. When I called the branch to get some clarity as to why someone is walking around with a debit card linked to my account, I was met with "well we don't know how that happened." If you don't want your money stolen and identity compromised, I would take my banking needs elsewhere.
