        We relocated to Amarillo from Kansas and thought we had found the perfect home. The buying experience was smooth. We had to wait a few weeks for our sod to be installed but that was the only initial issue. After living in our home for a few weeks, we noticed that we didnt have good water pressure. After a couple more weeks, we realized that our freshly laid sod was dying and that our sprinklers werent cycling through. After a few more weeks and multiple trips from the landscaping company, we found that it was a problem with our well. The well company came out and drilled our well down as far as it would go. After tests were ran, we only get 3 gallons per minute. The well does not provide enough water for our home so we will need a water storage tank to take care of our issues. It was quoted to us at $13,500. I called the builder as we had only been living here for 3 months. After 3 months of going back and forth with them, I got a call yesterday to tell me that us not getting enough water to our home is an act of God and so they wont cover the water storage tank. We feel taken advantage of, ethically wronged, and hope that this review will prevent others from buying a Red Home and making the same mistake me we did.

        If I could go back in time and never buy my house on Crosspoint I would absolutely do it. Every time it rains water comes through the back door and floods our living room. I have reached out REPEATEDLY to the warranty team to fix this issue and absolutely nothing has been done. Absolutely regret this house. Fixing absolutely anything is a nightmare!
