WORST company EVER! Went the entire season with missing cheer outfits, they were 3xs too small compared to their try on kits, parent shirts were miss printed, the cheer bags look like they fell off a truck, got ran over, and had the stitches pulled out. Very poor quality products and their customer service is trash! Be warned! Do not give them your hard earned money!

UPDATE: as of 13NOV23 - End of the season, Versus took no action in even trying to fix the numerous issues, other than promising a refund that we never received. Only 2 cheer teams had uniforms this season ONLY BECAUSE the parents footed the bill to go with another company. It is a sad thing when a company is formed to help youth sports and then they do nothing but take advantage. This is a terrible company to deal with. If anyone decides to go with this company, ask for the product upfront. If they are confident in their work, they will agree, but I bet they don't, because White Settlement Youth Football Association was not the only organization that had issues with this company. I will post updates from time to time until I get my refund, however I believe I don't believe anything is going to happen. UPDATE: as of 21OCT23 - Looks like Versus is NOT going to honor their promise to give a refund. So, another reason not to go with this company. 5 of the 7 cheer teams had to take team pictures in a tank top and shorts (the other two teams purchased uniforms out of their pockets with another company). If you do business with this company, don't pay upfront. Now the league has said they have to push concessions to give money back to the parents. So, Versus took money from the kids without providing usable merchandise, and now they are forcing the league to take money from the concession to give to the parents what Versus promised back, thus taking more from the kids. Mike (the owner) said it was about the kids, but his actions don't show it. There are just too many companies that have been around a long time that do a better job for less. This is an all around horrible company when it comes to caring about the kids. UPDATE: Versus promised a $195 refund. I told the team I didn't have faith in the company or the league, so our team went forward with ordering from another company. We got our uniforms by game 3. Only one other team did this. All other teams still have no refund or uniform going into week 5 of an 8 game season. Pictures are scheduled for this week. Versus said they cared about the kids, but withholding these refunds from these kids is unforgivable. The owner of the company should be ashamed of himself. I don't see this company being in business too long with the way they handled this. I will update this post later on to let you all know if they ever gave a refund. Original Post: Was recently told that Versus has agreed to work with the league. They won't be giving back a 100% refund, but at least they agreed to a $195.00 refund for each person. Was informed this was going to be a quick turnaround. If this happens,, I will be updating/removing this review, should they follow through. But have as much faith in this actually happening knowing how they treated this situation thus far. Absolutely ZERO stars, but the rating won't let me leave no stars. If a rating could go negative, I would rate them lower than that in quality. Seriously, could not get sizes correct, the bags looked like they came from a warehouse that sold factory rejects cheer uniforms due to quality so they could get a good price just to oversell them to us. This company ought to be ashamed and embarrassed at the work they send out the door. It is a reflection on them and right now, the reflection is horrible. From a White Settlement Cheer Parent.
