I had my trees trimmed by this company last summer and I was pleased with the service. The next summer a large branch fell and i called Shamblin's but they were unable to come that day. Limb was partially on my roof which was concerning so I found someone else to remove. My contact at Shamblin's (Julie) was very rude because I didn't wait for them. I couldn't believe how petty she was regarding the situation. Professionalism is important. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

I needed to trim back a front tree and cut and remove old vined plant stumps from my back yard. Shamblin came out and quoted me after I saw their ad in Burleson's Town pamphlet within 3 days and put me on their schedule. They confirmed with me about week before the estimated month that I was scheduled for and came on the day and time that was agreed upon. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up the areas affected all within an hour.
