Rude! Poor customer service! Don't come here! Ran over road debris on the way to pick up my kid. So I came here for a simple tire patch on rear passenger tire because it was nearby. Experience was already less than stellar. They were already standoffish and dismissive. They acted like they didn't care for my business. Didn't disclose any pricing prior to servicing me. But ok, whatever. Despite the fact that they weren't busy, this simple job took 45 mins even with the car pulled back. I'm told a price, pay, and then I leave. Whatever, I just decide I'll never return. But a week or so later, decide to remove tires for another service. All of the tires were removed without issue except the one serviced by them. Mind you, the last tire service was done was at the Sewell Lexus dealership. They specifically performed an inspection of each tire, brake, and etc. So I return back to have them correct their error. And instead of them fixing the error, they argue and state they torque to specification. Interesting. If that's the case why was this the only affected tire. God forbid I should be stranded in the side of the road, there would be no way I'd be able to get the dang tire off to change it! Ultimately I'm yelled at and called rude because I don't want to disclose who removed the other tires and why. That's none of your business sir. How are you going to argue what was done to the vehicle when you yourself didn't do the work, your employee did and you weren't even there. You were inside the building, where I was so you have no idea. I never once yelled or cussed anyone out. But the manager was very rude and disrespectful. So I got in my car to leave. Because what I'm not about to do is argue with you for no reason. So as I'm getting into my car, this clown is continue to argue and yell with himself and proceeds to yell for me to not come back to his shop. Baby, that's one thing you will never have to worry about. I will literally sit in front of this place and call AAA next time because NEVER AGAIN!!!
