        There was one lady in the back with no help and was still able to get our pizza. She seemed a bit stress as she had a huge order she was working on and was still very friendly and attentive. She deserves a promotion I wish I could have gotten her name. Kudos to her! Management eventually came to help out.

        First let me just say, the PIZZA AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS DOWN RIGHT DISGUISING!!! Ordered 2 medium pizzas when I received my pizzas that I paid $31 for. ONE HAD A PIECE OF HAIR AND THEY ALL were cold and dry SO FREAKING DISGUSTING!!! Called to get the issue resolved, and was told I didnt order my pizzas from that store. Thinking I had the wrong store I hang up to contact the right Papa Johns. Took a second look at my receipt, that stated 1001 Sw Wilshire Blvd!! I was told twice by Carl I didnt place my order at that store. Told a third time by Jada who had a very nasty attitude. NO ONE WAS CONCER ABOUT MY ISSUE!! ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT I HAD THE WRONG PAPA JOHNS. I requested a refund and was told I couldnt get a refund until tomorrow.
