I went in with my puppy for his 8:00 appointment. The place "wreaked of feces" and no one was cleaning it up. Obviously, pets have accidents but that needs to be cleaned up ASAP and sanitized especially when customers are coming in to your place of business and smelling the same stench I was. I began wondering if the kennel my puppy was put in was cleaned and sanitized before he was put in there. By then it was 8:30 and still no one came to get him for his bath. I was told it could take two to three hours. While I was filling out papers for my puppy's service, this purple colored Shih Tzu that's allowed to roam around the waiting area was jumping up on my leg and trying to get to my puppy to sniff and such. So I was trying to keep the shop dog off me and my puppy. It was stressful dealing with that while filling out papers and trying to keep my normally obedient puppy calmed down. The Shih Tzu jumped on everyone who walked in trying to do business. 8:45, still no bath and the owner/manager was still outside with other dogs! Doing what??? I was feeling so uncomfortable by then. I'm Not leaving my puppy there in that nasty stinky place for three hours for them to bathe him and place him back in a nasty kennel. I asked them to go get my puppy so we could just leave as go elsewhere. It was nice to step outside into fresh air but now my puppy and my clothes smelled like that place
