missed a call from you at 11:00pm yesterday called back as soon as i saw it 20mins later.... been on hold because your own message didnt tell me what room yall put my mother in...... we are poor people but shouldnt be treated this way because its all we can afford.... Im praying my mother is ok...... still on hold with yall a1 12:49am.....

Very caring and attentive staff. Older facility but clean, and the meals for my mom were great!

Doctor was great, but office staff not helpful. Seems like nowadays patients are better off just going to urgent care if they have anything they need to speak with a doctor about. Finding new doctor's office for my son.

Disorganized place with poor communication. Not enough aids and nurses. My loved one was discharged without any discharge directives; no one ordered equipment, and the facility failed to provide important discharge information to our primary care physician and to the home care agency. Staff does not return calls and does not provide family members with contact information. While under care there, the meds were given improperly (wrong times, without food). Drugs were frequently prescribed with drugs that they interfered with. Patients are not bathed regularly. Food is horrible. The head of PT does not stay on top of patients diagnosis, she did not know my loved-ones age or what they were recovering from. Charts are not read. Psychologically abusive because the administrative staff is deceitful and incompetent. If I could, Id give it even fewer stars. The single star is for the hard-working aids and nurses, and the OT department, which was stellar. Too bad the business side of the place is a wreck.
