Probably the weirdest call to a parts and service department ever. Looked at their online website , it says parts are in stock. I called to confirm and received this response. " When you go to our website, it is not really our website, It is a worldwide website and we do not have control over our website. And that's the way business happens nowadays so I don't know How to help you." Then I asked if I ordered on this so called Worldwide website if I will receive my parts, Because the website says it is from your store?
His reply was priceless," I do not know,it is definitely not our website you are looking at so I cannot guarantee it." So I asked another question out of pure morbid curiosity. Does Is your store have a website that shows parts In stock? He replied yes, and he gave me that website that I was on. I told him I was on that website and he replied, " Like I said, our website takes you to a worldwide website and I do not have control over it or it's stock."
lesson learned about trying to keep business local. Ordered on amazon, the OEM parts will be delivered today and cheaper. The unfortunate part is that I was trying to keep business local and do not mind spending a few extra dollars and driving to get them to keep business local.
