        He should retire like he's been saying for years! He is nolonger aggressive in my opinion. He left TWO MAIN special requests off my sister's land contract. She paid him $1700.00. Today we find out the two special requests were left off and not added like both parties agreed on. I'm so disappointed in the way this was handled. I sent her there to use him. Never again. Please, read your contract!

      I would first point out that you were not my client in regard to this closing and you were not present at any conferences with your sister or at the closing.When your sister first came into my office regarding this sale, she gave me a sheet of paper that stated "Information below has been agreed upon by the Seller and Buyer". I prepared the closing documents in accordance to those instructions with nothing being omitted. The buyer paid all payments timely and has paid off the loan in full early.As concerns the cost of the closing, your sister agreed with the buyer to pay all closing fees. The cost of $1775 included the preparation of the Warranty Deed, Promissory Note, Deed of Trust , closing statement, County filing fees and closing the sale as a title company was not involved. That cost is more than reasonable.
