Please feel free to follow up for specifics and results from their home remodeling and restoration projects. Im a local so only entrust my home to companies that are reliable. CDCS exists as the rare mid market Builder and Remodeler that can service high end specialty projects as well as teams available for rental property Owners. Our original and biggest line of work is condominium remodeling - which requires communication with the HOA/COA, neighbors and the client - which makes it more difficult than buidling single family homes, due to parking, time limitations and Rules. That being said, we pretty much do it all and have for two decades. We recently relocated our office and showroom, and are buying homes to renovate and sell, as well as taking on new custom build projects. WE LOVE WHAT WE DO!
