Budget Foundation Repair

Called to schedule a quote and the older man who answers the phone was super unprofessional. It was a Friday evening when I called and he pushed for me to schedule an inspection on Monday even though I told him several times it was not the best day. He called me on Sunday to confirm the appointment and requested to reschedule due to the day being very busy. He was unhappy about needing to reschedule. He takes deep sighs on the phone and is rude. Very bad customer service. If you want business you are going to need to treat people better than this. I will give my business to a company who has better telephone etiquette and business practices.

Readjusted 1 existing pier. Dressed/added needed dirt around other areas of the foundation. Used screened top soil. Clean up was excellent. They had to move stones and rock to access the pier area and replaced all rock and stones neatly and professionally. They have done work for me before and are very reliable and perform professional work. Service: Exterior structural repairs
