        Went on in April 2023 new insurance got my work ups told I need so and so work get yearly cleaning get scheduled for other work (cleanings) told need laser cleaning ask three times whats cost for that told 600 had to wait call day before to verify cost of laser cleaning as recommended told my portion was 1400 mind you this is after being told three times 630 lol yeah no move to November after insurance change that has no copay and no deductible on plan told to get a follow up cleaning it would be 128 again mind you my plan is no copay and no deductible told I owed 80 from previous work in April get info from my insurance that my portion is 76 so they owe me 4 yes its only 4 but being that I am on ssdi that 4 makes a difference besides its obviously not just me so add it up they are ripping people off over and over there are four different offices closer to me than this office I wont be back and I wont get into what I was told concerning getting a release for Smiledirect club which turned out to be a good thing as sdc filed bankruptcy in September

        Worst dental experience of my life. I just went in for a routine exam and cleaning. I was there for two hours and still hadnt had my cleaning yet. I had to actually leave because I didnt have time for that. They also were expecting me to pay a crazy amount for procedures I did not even agree to yet. I will never go back.
