Lone Star Orthopaedic and Spine Specialists

Went to the after hours clinic today I was struggling with walking and to get in due to my injury I barely made through second set of doors and the receptionist at the window tells me they are closed due to the event they were having today. I told her I called and the automated system didnt say that so thats why I was there. She then continued to be little me and say its all over the office and Facebook that Ive should have known and slammed her window shut in my face. I asked her name she didnt give it to me but she was still talking about how dumb I was and etc. I told her she was rude and very unprofessional. There was a guy there cleaning up a table who said he was going to report her to but he didnt even work there. Unbelievable on how I was treated in a matter of seconds. I was referred there from the ER I had no clue what was happening today. So now Im still in pain ,crying and my ride had already pulled off. She didnt even consider my injury, or me struggling to even walk in or that I wasnt aware of whatever event there was today. I know one bad apple doesnt mean the whole place is bad. Not even sure if Ill go back at this point

I wanted to leave an excellent review after receiving excellent care. Candace Mullins, Dr. Alfonso Barragan and the nurse whose name I believe is Thai, were very kind, informative and professional. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing Orthopedic care. Thank y'all so much for the amazing treatment!

I had a great experience at LSO!!! Dr. Dominguez was very professional and I could tell he cared about helping me through my injury. I broke my ankle while in Chicago and had so much anxiety about it. I had never broken a bone before and he helped relieve anxiety around my broken ankle.thank you so much to Dr. Dominguez and his assistant!! The office staff here is also very polite and helpful. Cant recommend this place enough! :)

Dont expect the Front Office Staff to be friendly or caring. When you go in youre treated as an inconvenience from stopping them just sitting there in their chairs.

I can't say enough great things about LSO, the Physical Therapy team, and Dr. Patel. I started out as a walk-in after hours patient and that was the best decision I've ever made. Within a few months, I was diagnosed and treated for a lifetime worth of pain and discomfort. I was expecting more appointments and searching and pain, when in fact I got answers. I'm so grateful for LSO and would recommend them to anyone. I appreciated the fact that they wanted to try physical therapy before surgery, but when surgery was the only option, I got to have a minimally invasive procedure. I felt like the LSO team was with me every step of the way. My messages and questions were quickly returned and I started physical therapy post operation very soon after. Thank you LSO for such comprehensive and caring treatment!
