        The office staff has no idea what they are doing or how to professionally conduct business. I advise anyone looking to lease here to read the leasing contract carefully before signing or they will try up charging you in rent or fees that were never agreed upon. The hassle I had to experience in the leasing process helped me determine I never want to lease here, so I did myself a real "solid."

        We have loved living here. The office staff are friendly, helpful, and remember us any time we stop by the office. The complex is very nice and well maintained. Any maintenance issues weve ever had were handled quickly and completely by David, who is so kind. The apartments are also extremely nice and modern looking. Its quiet, clean, and feels safe. We sold our home and needed to rent while we built a new one. I have been so pleased with my experience here. Seriously recommend and for all the amenities rent is really reasonable compared to other complexes nearby. Weve also lucked out with some of the best neighbors. I would highly recommend The Riley to anyone looking for a new apartment.

      Hi Alexus, We're sorry to see you weren't pleased with your experience at The Riley.  We do believe we need to clear some things up as we feel like we were very professional and accommodating with you.  You were initially displeased with the convenience fee being included in your base rent amount.  This is pretty typical with most apartment communities but we still accommodated your request to separate the convenience fee and list it under "other fees" on your lease agreement.  You didn't sign it and emailed a few days later informing us you had changed your mind and leased elsewhere.  Unfortunately at that point it had been over 48 hours and your application became non refundable.  This was clearly laid out in the application paperwork you signed and is a common procedure in apartment communities to cover the cost of holding the apartment off the market.
