        I have been living here for about a year and we have enjoyed the time. Management and maintenance has always been good about addressing any issues we have had. The elevators have been down due to poor quality work from the construction company, but management has done everything they can to fix them. The grounds are checked and cleaned daily by maintenance, and stairs are routinely power washed. Neighbors are friendly, and we have never had any complaints about noise either. Great place to live!

        I have lived here for about 7 months and absolutely love it here! It has felt like home since we unpacked the last box and I do not ever want to leave. The staff, grounds and amenities are top-tier!

        I am relocating unexpectedly. Laurel is making this a an easier transition than I thought it would be. She has a warm and inviting personality and she welcomes every question I've had. (I've had a lot). Laurel has also given me some great move-in tips that I am definitely going to use. I think she's very professional and takes pride in representing Vercanta.
