My experience is usually great but the last two times I've dealt with Sonya, I've left feeling like she was absolutely rude. Assuming she's of a leadership position from how she seems to run the floor, I'd expect a better example of good customer service. She will not greet ever, and will not ask if you need help or are finding things okay, which is fine. We all have our days. However today, I went in for chick supplies and had some saw blades to return, as they were incorrect for my uses. When asking which she needed to do first, she looked at me with a deadpan look and actually rolled her eyes. I was quite stunned. I don't think she actually realized she even did it. The overall experience of dealing with her is always terrible and I always leave thinking I should've gone elsewhere. This TSC is close to my house but I think it'll be worth it to drive further to the one with good customer service. Sonya's attitude is miserable and she desperately needs customer service training.

This is where I buy my clothes and boots. It's easy to get in and out of with no hassle and Plus the people are friendly.
