        DO NOT USE this agency. They practice fraudulent steering of business to recommended contractors in their network which is illegal. Its called Steering. If you have hail damage or other storm related damage and a roofing contractor inspects and filed a claim for one of their insured customers, the agency will beg them to withdraw that claim and have their property Re inspected by their roofer, (again, this is illegal) and their roofer will find no damage even if the roof is clearly totaled so they can avoid paying a claim. This agency also will claim any contractor or roofer not in their network is a scammer and to avoid anyone they wont recommend. This agency also talks home owners out of filing claims even if they have a totaled roof and advised one of their customers to wait until May when storm season is over to file a claim even tho it is the insured home owners responsibility to report any home damage when it is found. This agency doesnt follow any business ethics and lies to their customers. Period. Avoid them at all cost
