Installed a inground tank for me. I had other quotes that were very close from dealers in Tyler, Athens, and even Canton. Then I called Glo Flame in Bullard who had filled my RV tanks numerous times in the past. What sold me was the super positive attitude and the manor in which information was presented for this bigger project. On time, super efficiant, well orchestrated, and very tidy. Highly recommend.

I bought a house that already had a tank from this company unfortunately the seller didnt disclose to our realtor that the tank was being leased and not owned. When we were finally made aware the tank was leased after owning our home for 9 months the previous owner made a call letting us know she forgot to tell us it was leased and the lease would be up in a few months. We said we would take over the lease, but the previous owner wanted the tank she called glo flame and asked them to pick up the tank and the OWNER of the company took our locked gate off the hinges and broke into our property and removed the tank. He claimed he didnt know the home had new owners he thought he was following orders from the home owner, but why on earth would the owner of a business think its okay to break into a gated home that had trespassing signs posted???? We were never contacted by the company when we called the owner he admitted to what he did but never offered a solution to make it right. We did file a police report and ultimately felt sorry for him and gave him the benefit of doubt and did not press charges. We just asked the tank be returned and we take over the lease which was the least the owner could do after we didnt press charges, but now he apparently does not want to come back onto our property. I get it but at the same time he should want to make this situation he caused right since we also didnt press charges for property damage. So incredibly unprofessional my mind is still blown.
