Monica is AMAZING! I've dealt with many realtors in the past and have never had one work as hard as she does. She helped us stage the house we sold to get top dollar and it clearly worked because we got $30k over an already over inflated asking price and set the record for the highest dollar amount/sqft. in the neighborhood.She also helped us find our dream home and facilitated helping us getting into it, which had a lot of hurdles during the transaction. Very much on top of communication throughout all the process.High recommended!
