Studio 6 Buda, TX

We couldn't find a room in Frederickburg (over a year in advance) of the eclipse, so we looked nearby and found Studio 6. I had rather low expectations, but on arrival, we were pleasantly pleased. The room was neat, clean and modestly equipped. The bathroom was very clean too. We only stayed one night, but had no issues. I would stay there again.

First when you walk in by the elevator it smells bad and the rooms smell like wet animals. Second they had a roach on the floor in our room by our beds. I left our belongings in the car because I was scared to take them inside. The person who does house keeping is not a clean person. They had hair on the cabinet in the bathroom and the phone has never been wiped down or cleaned.. the walls are so dirty. Dont put anything in the fridge it has a bad odor and you food will taste like the foul odor.

I stayed at this hotel and when I checking in, an extra US$50.00 was added as security reservation. They told me this value would not be charged, but the agreement was not fulfilled and they charged my card, in addition to the daily rate, plus this US$ 50.00. It has been three days since the payment was processed and so far I have not received my US$ 50.00 refund. Im not happy with this. Please, I ask you to return this amount to me as soon as possible. Thank you.
