Ryze at Sunfield

Horrible. I do not recommend this place to rent. They just towed the car we just bought for our 16year old from the parking spot WE pay monthly to park. We barely bought it Thursday afternoon and I just arrived home from work Saturday morning at 7am and the car was gone!! I have nothing good to say about this place. Their gate key button never works, theres always poop on the grass. I will NEVER recommend this to place to rent to anyone. They are horrible and they dont deserve the 1 star I just gave. This place only tries to find ways to get more $$ out of their tenants in any way they can. Dont even consider this place. We CANNOT wait to get out of here!

I wanted to write a review about Jailene here at the apartments because of how kind and understanding she was. She was very helpful and informative had an answer for all the question I had to ask, and knew all the information that was needed. I recently just moved in and just wanted to thank her so much for being so good at her job sitting down with me and talking about absolutely everything. I know that I can ask a lot of questions at times but its just because I like to know everything that I need to know. I appreciate her time so much and I am loving my new place thank you so much Jailene for your time patience and understanding and thank you Ryze for giving me a place to call home.

My husband and I have been here for about a year now and this is by far the nicest complex we have lived at. It is in a great location and the management is kind, attentive and are willing to go out of their way for the residents here. The complex itself is very family orientated and very clean. We have rented the clubhouse a couple of times for parties and it was great. The few issues our unit has had, maintenance has responded quickly (within a day or so) and that is a first for us. This complex is VERY pet friendly which is a bonus we did not expect as dog owners. The community here has been nothing but nice! We love these apartments so much that we just signed another years lease. Overall, I cannot recommend these apartments enough! We are so happy we chose to go with Ryze.

My husband and I were incredibly excited to finally tour our top pick of all the apartments we saw online. We were in the area and decided to drop in to see if we could do a walk-in tour. Jailene said yes but then when she discovered we werent the people she spoke to on the phone earlier, she was very rude and quick with us. She ended up telling us that we would have to visit the apartment on our own- she didnt give us proper directions or even circle which unit wed be seeing on the map and when we called she laughed at us for getting lost and told us that it was on the 3rd floor closest to the office. It wasnt, it was the second stairwell. If she wouldve communicated a lot differently, Im sure we would have enjoyed the tour, but she made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience and like we were beneath her. SO glad that we walked in so that we could see how they regularly treat people instead of putting on a show. Incredibly glad we can mark this apartment off of our list.
