Evelyn was very helpful with the investigation she carried out for my complex tax situation. I had to investigate over 3 years of taxes for another person close to me. Including a tax balance due from a long time ago. In conclusion we resolved all that tax situations from 2019 on and avoided having to pay the account balance which was substantial. She was very good at paying attention to all the aspects of my situation and making sure everything was squared away in the end.

I had a disappointing experience with Evelyn. Despite being a CPA for years, she seemed uninterested and unhelpful during our 12-minute conversation. Her lack of engagement and silence during the phone call made me feel like my situation wasn't worth her time. It's disheartening when a professional dismisses your concerns, especially when dealing with financial matters. I expected better service, and unfortunately, my experience with Evelyn left me feeling undervalued as a potential client. It's concerning to hear that even her husband acknowledged potential difficulties with scheduling a Friday phone call. This adds to the overall impression of a lack of commitment and availability.
