Hello, our records indicate that we have not done any work for you. It does appear as if we have completed an estimate for you in which you denied. We don't generally do estimates on the weekend so yes the confusion in that aspect when we spoke with you I believe it was Saturday. I informed you it would be between 8:00 and 10:00. However I did in fact mean on Monday I did not mean on a Sunday. However the home is vacant no one is living there neither yourself or tenants. So we do feel this review is a tad bit inappropriate seeing how we did not have the opportunity to do any work for you. We did not tell you to get whatever material and figure it out. We informed you that we are not trained to know the specific epoxy that might be needed for your job and we have not personally dealt with it. Therefore we requested that you speak with someone either a manufacturer or someone at the hardware store who might have a little more knowledge than we did about that specific material.Because picking up materials and things of that sort do take time, fuel, insurance etc. We do in fact charge for our time so we do charge a trip fee. You did not want to pay the extra fee and since it was not a vast majority of material I opted and gave you the option to pick up your own material to accommodate your $500 budget. We was very open and honest with you informing you that we did not have a lot of experience with your specific scope on your job. However we were in fact willing to take care of it and do it for you if given the opportunity. However you were very disrespectful to us. You in fact wanted things to be done quickly prior to your tenants moving in which is completely understandable. We would be more than happy to discuss this matter with you more as we mentioned before. This review is out of line considering how we have done no work for you and this is all based on an estimate that you approved then later denied therefore we had several hours wrapped up and just your estimate and we lost time and money that we could have been working on other projects.We would be more then happy to discuss this matter moving forward if you would like to reach out directly at 979-492-9099.
