        I read before that they charged for parking in the basic parking lot that is at every Garden Inn. I actually didnt believe. But I arrived and immediately noticed the extra $7 they were charging me. Wasnt even ever asked if I had a car. Hotel was fine. But Im not going to stay here in the future. I simply dont agree with deceptive practices like that. So to whoever owns this plan, your scheme backfired, at least with me.

        I enjoyed my stay but breakfast could've used a lil more effort I know y'all opened up earlier for us FFPO employees I ate it 2 days same thing I had to find somewhere else to eat

        I had reserved a room supposed to be for this weekend and accidentally booked for next weekend. When I got to the hotel they let me know about the mistake. I was so frustrated and overwhelmed as I came from out of town driving over 6 hours. The manager Amanda was up front and stepped in. She tried to help me see if I could switch my dates but they were completely booked. Then she went out of her way to help me look at other Hilton hotel for a room. Unfortunately they were out of my price range. Amanda then proceeded to continue to help me out. I just want to say she truly turned a very frustrating situation around and I left feeling so thankful to her. She truly demonstrated 5 star customer service. Thank you Amanda for all your help.

        The 2 bedroom room was perfect for our family of 4 as we were only staying a couple of nights. The breakfast was the personal favorite part for our family to wake up and have good breakfast for free. Another thing to note was the amazing location, pretty close to where we were going each day and right next to a 5 star convenience store that you can walk to whenever you need. The service was also perfect, all the staff were being friendly and talking to us and provided for everything we needed. Food & drinks: Pretty good breakfast, everything cooked well and tasted great. Also good choice of drinks that was all free.
