Clean, employees are nice and helpful, produce is fresh, good organization imo. Reason for 4 star, the hill country fair water 16.9oz bottles always have issues. When you try to close the bottle, it overlaps easily and when you think you finally got it closed, give it a squeeze and the air still escapes. Like if I add a flavor mix to it, like Tang or Tampico, I have to be careful it's actually closed so I can shake it or else it splashes and spills everywhere. That is VERY frustrating. I've had similar issues with other brands of water bottles, but this one does it almost every bottle to me. It may be I have big hands, but I feel it's the cap and threads being very small and thin as it happens to others I know as well.

Today was the day before Easter, the store totally packed with people, but I found I needed and on sale quickly. The cashier who helped me was so sweet. I might have had a little over 15 items and apologized. He said with a smile " I think your good". He checked me out and I was on my way. The first time I've ever actually been in the store because I always do online shopping. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you again to my cashier. I wish I knew his name. This particular HEB is ok, not my favorite compared to other HEB's. The store is smaller, carries fewer items, and a lot of times out of stock when ordering online. Due to the fact they don't have a meat market, if you have a desire for thicker types of meat, especially for grilling, events, or holidays, you don't have that option. So, it does make it less desirable than the larger HEB's. They are good about compensating for mistakes made, items not received in your order, poor quality, etc...
