    We are a seasonal business and had been in business for several years before we heard of and began working with Audience Media. We are thankful that we made the transition 4 years ago I believe. Since then we have seen ideas that we had floating around turn into actual plans. Its really been a blessing for us, having three partners in this business, while also being all related and all ladies! There are lots of ideas thrown around. With the guidance and vision AMG saw for our farm and us releasing the reigns a bit we have seen a tremendous amount of growth by trusting in their team and in ourselves to make realistic goals for the current year and several after. Like a 1-5 year plan, what is currently achievable how that growth, change or addition will positively impact our business. While also looking at future plans, dream big and achieve it! Weve actually branded our business, updated logos and the website. Increased our revenue with a few minor adjustments. The reports AMG are able to provide take another task off our list, that we chat weekly during our season and know exact numbers involving every aspect. From ticket redemption, to news letters, ad campaigns and everything else. The end of the season report is a terrific tool to compare previous years to the current. Personally, weve never been big on investing into advertising everything has been word of mouth mainly. If we had additional funds to spend we would add a new addition. We decided to begin our journey with AMG, with a contract and an investment. As the saying goes, You get what you pay for! We chose a quality, reputable marketing company and are grateful we jumped aboard when we did. Excited to see what the future holds for our business, anyone with AMG and their company as well!

    I am writing this from the perspective of an ignorant marketer. When I began looking for a marketing firm, I looked at reviews and spoke to others in my industry to try to make an informed decision. I am attempting to be as fair as possible with this review in hopes that others doing their due diligence can glean useable information. The below statements are taken directly from my communication with AMG; they have been made aware of my position. No one wishes more than I that a marketing investment completes the circle of design and engagement towards revenue. Having used AMG, I ended up with exactly what I expressed I didn't want: a different website(s), pictures, a new menu design, and table tents. And it is not that those things aren't valuable, but in my opinion, they were not capable of giving me what I asked for/needed. I realize that a foundation to work from is needed, but I expected a different approach considering the 6 month agreement that was created. Instead of adjusting the marketing path, there was an attempt to fit a year's worth of how AMG typically does their work, into 6 months. Based on my expressed desire to focus on two areas for growth, I thought there would be more focus on those instead of website design, which seems to have eaten up most of the 6 months. I spent $50,000 (with print and ads included) in the 6 month period; I don't think I got $50,000 of value from AMG. In that time, there was not a measurable change in our revenue. Negative or positive. We did receive positive comments on placed ads. The design work they did is good and I am thankful to have it. I am sure it will help with the customer experience. The product images are also beautiful.
